2. General Return Policy

Due to the collectible and market-sensitive nature of sports cards and trading cards, returns are accepted only under the conditions outlined below.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • The item remains sealed (if originally sealed)

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Items must be returned at the customer's expense unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Opened trading card packs or boxes

  • Graded cards (PSA, BGS, SGC, etc.)

  • Break spots (live or online breaks)

  • Digital products or gift cards

  • Items sold as part of a clearance or marked as "Final Sale"

Due to market price fluctuations, returns are not accepted based on changes in card value after purchase.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: info@sportscardstime.com

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the case and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchange requests, please contact:
